Hazardous & Lacking maintenance

Pros -
1. Close to beach and South Shore Shopping Centre, easy access to bus terminal.
2. New managers came on board last month and they are very courteous and friendly.
Cons -
1. The new managers spend very little time onsite. If you have an emergency maintenance need theres no way you can get help.
2. Regular maintenance personnel come a week after you put in the request and they dont even do a complete job.
3. Renovation started last year and was abandoned. The entire apartment is in a very hazardous state with unfinished ceiling work, nails sticking out of walls and wood hanging all over the place. Looks very ugly, and embarrasing to have guests over.
4. Lots of kids skating, biking and running aroung the apartment complex and ragging smaller kids. One kid even loves to circle the apartment complex several times on his dads car at high speed.
5. No pool.
6. Fitness center highly unequipped (just one tread mill, mountain climber and bike, thats all).
7. Only 5 washing machines catering entire apartment complex ! If you are late by 5 minutes to pick up your clothes youll find them on the floor !
8. Parking space frequently hogged by other tenants and their guests. By the way did I mention that you will have to swim through puddles in the parking lot to get to your car '!!
In a nutshell, move in only if you dont anticipate any maintenance needs and are not likely to invite any guests !!
