If your children or you are asmatics and have had mold and other problems don?t live here. We have complained to the managers since November 2002. It is now almost August and we have yet to have the mold abated. If you don?t mind not having to throw out your beds, clothes, childrens? toys because of this then good luck.

Be sure to thank the management for all the times that you have to take you and your child to the hospital because you can?t breathe and that you have to have surgery because the mold spores are infecting your nose and treachea.

But, your plants will love the muggy feeling of the apartment and will even grow mold by themselves. Dont?s leave your bread or fruits out because they will rot in a couple of days.

If you need something fixed don?t count on it. you can call it the "DO-It-Your-Own-Damn-Self" apartment. Don?t even count on management because even if they say that they will be there, they suddenly have an emergency or just don?t show at all.

Finally, if you like having your car flooded by winter and you need stilts to just to get to because of the rain, then this is the place for you.

Whom ever makes the same dumb mistake that we did, then good luck!!I warned you. This was like taking $1295 a month and tossing it out of a car window!!
