Californian Apartments

THE STREETS WOULD BE CLEANER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   In the voice recording of this apartment, it says that the apartments have updated kitchens, etc.. Maybe they wouldnt have to update it so much if theys clean the mold problems. Also, the management teams combined age is less than 40. If you fill out their maintenance request forms, either they get lost or they dont give you the 24 hr notice to enter your apartment. If you want to get any peace and quiet, forget it here. If the the other tenants loud music or tv dont make you deaf then... The apartments are being held up by tape and mold. The city says that they have been up to date on paying their violations. You will be embarrased having guests come to visit. They will probably ask you how much you are getting taken for in this high priced slum. The parking is the best, especially in the winter when it rains and you need a boat or stilts just to get to your car. Also, when the manager talks about the gym room, all it is is a tv, 2 treadmills that dont always work and a wet stationary bike. Remember, if you do decide to take this apartment, remember I warned you.
