No Maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/27/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   They started fixing a dry rot problem 1 year ago, and have yet to finished. Even worse, it's not that they're working on it slowly, they're just not working on it period. The walkways and railings have not been finished for 9 months... it's just wood on the ground, no covering for all the wiring and plumbing above your head, and nets for railings. This is so dangerous! Especially for all the little kids running around. No indication as to when they might finish the work. It looks awful on the outside--- I can't have any company over.
