Great value and location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   7/13/08 - I've lived here for almost 2 yrs and the only reason I'm moving is due to employment out of state. In my experience, the management and owner have been very proactive with regards to any repairs needed, keeping the grounds clean and working to make this a very nice spot to live. Whenever I've put in a request for a maintenance issue, it was addressed and fixed w/i 24 hrs. The one time that did not happen was due to there being no part immediately available. They recently installed new water/energy efficient washers & dryers, low flow toilets. The complex is clean, very safe and secure, no loud, obnoxious neighbors, the apartments are very nice sized, the location is fabulous: 1 block from the beach, 2 blocks from the newly renovated Town Center, there is an express transbay bus stop 1 block away. I worked in Oakland and my commute was about 20 minutes! This place is a great value and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, laid back place to live.
