I have found Mike to be helpful and a generally nice guy.
I personally like everyone else am not pleased with my rent increases but that is how the ball bounces.
The parking is very little for visitors which is a pain because if prevetnts me from haveing compay at times.
The neighbors are generally pretty nice.
It is a great location walking distance to Crab Cove and to some small shops.
Paden Elem.
is in walking distance.
As far is visually it is well maintained but dated architecturally.
It is safe, clean, and priced ...
