Too pricey for the poor management

When we moved in (in 2000), the grounds were clean and well-maintained, the manager kept us informed of apartment improvement projects, and the tenants were mostly quiet.
Now, however, tenants blast their music and televisions into a common courtyard area 24 hours a day, the door in the trash area is off the hinges and unrepaired, and management has yet to respond to basic upkeep concerns like trash in the hall, much less notify us of the epidemic of break-ins that have been plaguing residents for two months.
Although this apartment complex seems nice, it's run by people who clearly could not care less about the place and are only in it for the money. Avoid at all costs.
