View of the water, very well kept, and free Cable TV From: rentednow Date posted: 3/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Love reading these ratings. Have No idea if these people actuly live here. My experience; Looks like condos, not apartments. Very high degree of management quality. Rent is cheap for what I get. The whole proerty was just painted in nice multi color paint job. Before that they rebuilt a bunch of balconies, new landscaping etc... They are allways doing some improvement. The whole complex wraps around a lagoon. My two bedoom is over 1,000 square feet and is the nicest apartment I looked at in Alameda. All new appliances, etc. If I want something fixed I email the manager from work and it is done. This month they added free Comcast cable TV for everyone here.
