Driftwood Apartments

Pricey but you get what you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/3/2002 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001   Beautifully landscaped apartments close to all amenities in Alameda. Driftwood is a quiet gated community in a city situated very close to San Francisco via Ferry or BART. We lived in one of the more noisier apartments right on the street, but other apartments are quiet and very private. Our apartment (two bedroom) was spacious and any maintenance that was required was always completed promptly and efficiently. Plenty of laundry rooms, covered parking, fountains and a beautiful pool right next to a quiet secluded lagoon. Manager is quite exceptional! Very courteous, friendly and efficient. We sadly left in 2001 and she could not have been more helpful with our relocation to another state. Certainly the best apartments in Alameda - we miss Driftwood terribly.
