While I do like apartment itself, the manager is the most aweful, coldhearted, cheap individual I know. The previous tenant had moved out prior to his lease expiring and was suppose to pay rent until management got the unit occupied. Turned out that he charged both me and the previous tenant for a month and told the tenant that he hadn't found someone to take over the apartment. He also charged my roommate $20 to unlock our door. HE LIVES NEXT DOOR TO US!
Watch out for your deposit too. Apparently it takes $400 to clean carpets.
