The Worst EVER!

The worst renting experience in my life! we decided to move and just gave notice...though it is very inconvenient at this time. Extremely expensive...tyrannical management!...yeah, the guy is so shady,I won't let him in my house. The pool is not heated! EVER! used it once in a year...our cars broken into 3 times in a year...i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Management will not lift a finger to help but when they want YOU to do something, they want it done yesterday! Would not let my handicapped neighbor have a ramp after a stay in the hospital. Heartless. there sre better deals in alameda...and at this price,buy a place! I did.
