Would definately recommend this complex to any future tennets

We are current tennets and have lived at Driftwood Apartments for almost a year. It is a great place to live. There is a beautiful lagoon in back with various water birds to check out. Short walk to the beach or the Shopping Center, and can even walk to the new movie theatre. Parking is not an issue. If you have to park on the street you can find a spot pretty easily. Since we've moved in I have not seen any break-in's in regards to cars- or in the aprtments it is a gated community very safe. We have had no problems with the management here, in fact they have been very helpful when we had an emergency with our over flowing clogged kitchen sink- some one came out that very night to fix it- awesome! I do not understand the negative posts about the management here- "shady" I don't think so. I have seen him numerous times carrying his daughter- seems very family oriented to me. And I have had quick responsives from him via email with any issue I have. Would definately recommend this place to anyone looking to move to Alameda.
