I lived at the Driftwood Apartments from May of 2007 till July of 2009. My time spent here was just fabulous. And I mean the neighbors, the management, the community as a whole. I have been an alameda resident for the past 10 years and I have lived in different apartment buildings for that duration. They were all ok but no one compared to the Driftwood Apartments on OTIS DRIVE. It is spread out in a RESORT STYLE setting, perfectly spread out so one doesn't get that cramped or clustered feeling you get in most apartment buildings. The pool was always well maintained, just like the entire property. And if there ever was a maintenance issue like a clogged sink or such, it was taken care of right away. EVEN ON WEEKENDS. All one had to do was email our manager, SHALAB MOONAT, and he took care of it right away. I recently purchased a house and therefore I moved, but my stay at the Driftwood Apartments At OTIS DRIVE was GREATTTTTTTTTT. My only regret is that I didn't know about this place earlier. Had I known about this place, I would have stayed the entire 10 years at this place.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE. PLEASE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT BEFORE YOU RENT ANY OTHER PLACE.
