don't bother with Driftwood, look elsewhere! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   don't bother, go elsewhere. the manager is lousy and only interested in filling empty units. then you never see or hear from him when there's a problem. they lie, and when called on it simply make lame excuses. once they lock you into a lease, you get no customer service, and your simply a nuisence to them. pool is never cleaned, and ducks live in it. the hallway and parking areas are not lighted cuz of burnt out bulbs that never get changed. hard to find parking. there is alot of noise and litter. teenagers run around and cause problems, smoke and do drugs there. cars get broken into. management does nothing but collect rent. be warned, its like living in hell! better places in alameda, and for cheaper rent.
