I lived there in 2005-6 and moved out as soon as I could. The place was filthy, in disrepair and just totally neglected. Many of the tenants were really low-classed, hung rungs over the balconies, hung clothes lines, had appliances on the terraces..that was in the Don (manager) era. He did NOT do his job! New mgmt is there, I hear, and a great improvement. I drive by all the time, and it still looks like the paint job is from 1900! VERY noisy...especially with the bowling alley noise and loud mouths in the middle of the night! Don't move there!! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I went and viewed an apartment and it seemed nice and quiet. The unit I viewed faces the courtyard and that may help make it quieter. The unit has alot of closets and storage. The kitchen is a bit small but has alot of cabinets. There isn't a dishwasher but that isn't an issue since I don't have people over much. The place looked very clean, nothing hanging over the balconys. I am going to go tonight to see if I can hear if there is any loud noise from the bowling alley. The property manager lives onsite and I am sure she wouldn't put up with any loud mouths in the middle of the night. I really like that the unit is very bright and a good size for one person. I am thinking of moving in and will make my decision soon.

Don't move here. The caliber of tenants is going downhill. We have way too many people here who talk loud even when it is after 10pm at night! Just now it is 12:15am and someone walked through the courtyard talking loudly. The front door is left open all the time, the kids run in the hallways when they should be walking, and people are coming and going at all hours of the day and night. It is too busy of a place and way too noisy! I regret moving here!!!!!!!!
