They forgot to mention that when it is warm out the beach gets busy and then you get to listen to the kids scream, loud cars driving and the parking is a mess after 5pm and on weekend.
Also, that the caliber of tenants moving in is going down. This place is starting to feel a bit ghettoish. I am starting to regret moving here. They leave the front door open all the time, people that live here are loud and their guests are loud.

This place is filled with people who play their TV's loud, talk loud and are loud even after 10pm at night. You must be a night owl type and be up at 7am even on the weekends to be okay with living here. Forget about enjoying your home as you will not get enough sleep and you will be able to relax. This place is the noisest place that I have ever lived in and I have lived in some larger apartment complexes. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
