Does anyone know who the management company other than the property manager of the Dunes who can be contacted to address complaints concerning the apartment complex and management' If so, please comment on my blog. Thank you.

You can try going to the City of Alameda planning department and they probably have a listing of who owns the property. I don't think there is a property management company involved.

This place is privately owned and from what I can tell by looking at the place, is they do not care about their tenants, only that they collect their rent.
