I just moved into this place a couple of months ago and find that I have made a mistake. This place is dirty, loud and full of unfriendly and rude tenants. I can hear the upstairs neighbor going to the bathroom in their unit which I would prefer not to hear. There are way too many families here with young children who allow them to scream, yell and cry loudly. They treat the place as though it is their personal place and seem to forget that there are others who live here and just want peace and a bit of quiet. What happened to house rules of quiet after 10pm-9am! Also, the complex next door is very noisy at times. There is this one lady who has a voice like she is using a microphone. No one asks her to tone it down when she is at the pool. One night there was a group of people having a party in the pool area and were very loud. They were even rude to one of the tentants who lived in the apt complex when they asked them to lower their voices as it was almost midnight. This place and next door is so ghettoish! I plan to move out of here when my lease is up.
