Good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I've been living here for 2 and a half years and have absolutely no complaints. The management as well as the owners of the complex have changed recently, but the good service is unchanged. Maintenance and any other requests from management are taken care of promptly and professionally by "the maintenance guy" (he fixes everything). The place is well-kept, parking is good. Location is within a short walk to beach, and a shopping plaza. Residents are generally quiet and respectful of each other. The only noise you get is on a warm day when the kids come out to go swimming, but other than that, very peaceful. It's a nice place to live if you're looking in Alameda.
