I love this place From: happyrenter94501 Date posted: 10/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I moved here after scouting out the apt reviews here. This was by far the best of the bunch. The mgmt is fabulous and attentive, the place is well kept up, and is it *quiet*. Any noise I've heard has come from the complex next door. The rent is reasonable and I fell totally safe here. I looked at the Dunes, The Tower, the Wavecrest, the Californian... and more, and this place was by far the best of the lot. If quiet peaceful living by the water is what you're looking for, this is the place.
