The complex is well-maintained and I like
the management staff,though the current boss can be unnecessarily huffy at times. The apartments are clean but as a long-time apt. dweller, the absence of a microwave oven and a dishwasher are significant minuses. Response is pretty good to phone requests for maintenance.

No Dishwasher or Microwave!! Oh no! God forbid you have to scrub dishes manually or buy your own inexpensive microwave at Walmart or Target..such hardships- play the violins

The response to this posting sounds like something the manager at the Franciscan Apts would say.

I've now lived at the Franciscan Apts. a year and thoroughly enjoy my place. There are only 1 bedroom apartments and parking and other facilities are good. My bus to SF is across the street and the 'shopping center' is a block away.
