There are too many rules. Out of all the apartments I've lived in here in California, this has got to be the least desirable one. Only reason why I lived here was because I didn't have time to look for another and this was conveniently close to the beach and public transportation. Not only that, my neighbor next door can be pretty loud and the walls are so thin I can hear her.
The complex overall is okay. Nothing special. You can find better ones on this side of town. It's less expensive the more inland you go in Alameda. It's not bad really, but I'm sure you can do better.

I find this review odd. The only rule I can remember when I lived there was to keep to noise level down at nite so your neighbors were disturbed. Normal apartment living for everything else.
