I've lived at the Franciscan for over a year now. I enjoy living here. No problem at all with maintenance and manager and assistant manager are great! As far as no airconditioning and dishwasher goes, if that is an issue, then don't move in.
the location is great and the apartments are bright and sunny.

I'd still be living there if I hadn't relocated to another state. People, maintenance, location, etc. are great!
