I've temporarily relocated to the Franciscan while my home is under rennovation. First off, the Fransican was VERY welcoming & agreeable when it came to our lease needs! I was starting to think I wouldn't find a nice clean place to stay that would allow a short term lease! As for the review below complaining about "the rules", they've got it all WRONG! The "rules" are there for the benefit of all of the tenants, they are explained with the tone of "we are all adults & need to be respectful of each other". They are not limiting, they are just respectful, and really they are all common sense items anyway! The Fransican staff is GREAT, pleasant, helpful & responsive. The grounds are well kept & quite beautiful! Each and every apartment has their own balcony or patio. The layout of the interior is GREAT as well! They have nestled the bedrooms into the center of your apartment with only one exterior wall, you surround yourself in a way, so bedroom noise from other apartments is incredibly minimal! I would highy recommend this property to anyone, GREAT location so close to the beach & ammenities. If I had to sell my house & rent again I would be happy to reside here!
