Club house is always locked

The club house has been locked for a month or more. There's a flyer stating that there was vandalism but I didn't see any damages. I think they just keep it locked so it looks good when they show new tenants. The laundry room needs cleaning and painting. It's winter and wet. Moss is covering some of the patio concrete. During the rains there are many, large puddles. Garbage bins sometimes overful.

first off, how can you complain about issues that you have never brought to managements attention. The rec room was vandalized 4 times in one month. We have great staff that cleaned up the damage immediately. We are waiting for upper management to find a solution. Also the rec room is open during the days and we would be more than happy to leave it open on request. It is important to address your concerns so that they can be resolved versus leaving anonymous responses. In regards to the dumpsters we have 4 large dumpsters and a month ago upgraded to 6 from 3 recycling bins. The garbage gets picked up 2 times a week. We are a 74 unit complex so we tend to accumulate a lot of garbage.

I find it funny that you responded anonymously to the previous post. Worry about running your complex instead of worrying about what people are saying, maybe there wouldn't be so many issues with your complex then?
