I've been here for over 5 years now and it's one of the best places I've ever lived. It lacks certain amenities (dishwasher, separate dining area, bigger closets) but if has the stuff you need, it's one of the best on Alameda.
The difference is the management. They're really responsive to tenants and they keep everything in terrific shape -- clean, well-maintained. Things get taken care of really quickly and never escalate into big issues.
Highly recommend!
