Love this place. No rent raises this year. Not like the others in this area. my friend down the St. has had 2 rent raises in 1 1/2 yrs. Poor Dude needs to move here when his lease is up. They even pay water sewer and garbage. Great Manager. Maitenance is top notch. One of my friends has been here over 10 yrs and will never move
