Best location in Alameda! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have been living in this apartment complex for almost a year. Good proximity to everything you need - Trader Joe's, Safeway, Starbuck's, Office Max, etc. Best part is that it's right in front of the Bay! (if you are in 1705) The premise is very clean and well maintained. The manager here is extremely kind and reliable. The swimming pool is in immaculate condition and very comfortable to swim in. Small bathroom but I think it's a very good deal for $1200, especially if you're sharing as a couple.
