Kona Kai Apartments

Not sure about this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartment is large and the layout seems okay. Not too thrilled about a stall shower for the main bedroom. The covered parking is covered with a rusty metal material that makes me concerned that when it rains, the rust will get onto my car. The only other thing is that the street parking is very limited. I do have to say Andy seemed pretty professional for a property manager. I don't recall what the laundry room looked like though.
