The Landlord Helen is such a pathetic Landlord. She smiles in your face and does nothing. She lies and lies and lies. Do not believe her. Document everything. She is deceiving and manipulative. She is the worse I've seen ever. If you can, avoid renting in the Lincoln House or do your homework, ask the tenants there presently. She won't fix anything. She'll tell you to park in illegal areas and when you get ticketed, she'll conveniently forget she ever told you. This is a nightmare rental apartment.

I have lived here for the past 4 yrs. and found Helen a wonderful resident manager. She kept the place spotless and always responded to fix anything immediately. BTW, she has recently passed away and the building is now being managed by the famous slum lords of Alameda, Gallagher and Lindsay. They just raised everyones rent by $100 as soon as the took over.
