Marina View Towers

Terrible place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/17/2001 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   The apartments are generic, the price is usurious, the management is indifferent, snide and patronizing. The slow elevators often reek of dog urine and are unreliable. Holes in stucco on the building's exterior have gone unpatched for over a year. Work orders are ignored. Management refuses to lower rents to meet market rates. An 1050 sq/ft. 2-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor (with an admittedly great view) was renting for $1869 after our most recent rent increase. The yacht club next door is constantly firing cannons all summer long, many times a day, especially during weekends, as early as 7am. Management is clueless, the rent is expensive, and the apartments are small. Stay away. Go ANYWHERE but here.
