Best Apartment I've Ever Rented From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/27/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   The management is friendly and responsive. The building is not new (built in the 60's) but very well maintained. The view is spectacular, and every apartment above the 3rd floor has one. Plenty of parking (though not covered), very safe and pleasant neighborhood, half a mile from Albertson's, and very friendly tenants because most of them have pets. (People with pets seem to be nicer people - of course I'm prejudiced because I have two cats.) Close to two yacht clubs if you like to sail. Best of all, it's very very quiet. I never hear my neighbors, except when they take a shower. (The pipes are a little noisy, but showers don't last very long!)
