Beautiful surroundings From: gogohutch Date posted: 5/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   We have lived here since Feb. The building is old but it has the best view around. Fifth floor up has awesome views of Oakland lights at night, estuary and sailboats, sunsets and GG Bridge. Wall to wall windows. That is what you're paying for. Surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. As long as you're not close to trash shute, it's very quiet. Utilities low.
