ZUKIN WORST MANAGEMENT CCOMPANY!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This place is a nightmare. Noisy beyond belief with our resident opera-beast! The rent is high for the view, and is otherwise non-descript. My complaints are with the opera-beast and my car was broken in to in the lot. Also, the doors are a problem and do not close. The elevators need to be replaced. The manager is a first-timer and is non-helpful. For the rent, get something better!
