Beautiful views but many Car break-ins

Over the 3rd floor the views become spectacular. The entire back of the Living Room/Kitchen is glass with sliders out to the very shallow terrace. There is NO place for views like MVT and the overall location is affluent. The new manager is a nice gal who makes certain that any problems you have in the apartment are addressed immediately. You would never even know that you have a neighbor, at least where we live. The apartments are very small....except for the Living Room/Kitchen combination, which is an open plan and great...about 20'x20'in most apts. Bedrooms are very small in the one bedrooms and also in others. You wouldn't want a King sized bed. THE BAD POINT OF MARINA VIEW TOWERS....THEFT!!! CARS ARE BROKEN INTO QUITE OFTEN. Always afraid we'll be next. Zukin Management does NOTHING about it...doesn't even alert tenants!!! keeps it a secret! I am very wary of having our car there overnight but have no choice. Newly painted common areas and looks great except for the fact that it was a terrible painter...peeling all over...Nice neighbors. VERY EXPENSIVE....I think the most expensive unit is about $3,000 a month and they keep raising exorbitantly! Don't know how long we can stay here because of that. Management is very greedy in that capacity.
