Expensive, Poor Maintenance, Sewage Leaks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Sewage leaks from building onto nearby parked cars. Pools of sewage near building. Rents are *much* higher than average and management will not reduce rent to match current market rates. High turnover in office staff.
