going downhill fast From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   it's true that the management is out more than in, and recently Jackie has left to another complex which only makes it wose. the noise level has increased dramatically in the last few months. the pool isn't being monitored, so kids who don't live here come and use it. the hallways constantly smell like cigarette smoke.
