Hell its that new manager thats the issue.
She paid residents off to have them complain about the old manger until she got the job.
The most discriminating un professional, getto manager in Alameda.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE-
Unless of course you like every day trauma and fights.
Maintenance now just sucks and is mostly non existent.

Not true. The current manager (Desiree) came in under the wing of the previous manager for about 6 months. The previous manager (Jaquee) "moved up" to overseeing 4 complexes on Southshore. These complexes are also a part of the Sequioa Equities company also. There was no "paying off" of anyone for any reason.
And the maintenance issue is now resolved since a new person has been hired in that position. The previous maintenance person (Ty) moved to the north Bay Area, so there was some gap in maintenance coverage.
