Sequoia Equities has been property managing Marine View for over two years. Since they have taken over, Marine View has made so many GREAT changes. This is such a safe and quiet community and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family. Unfortunately, I had to move to be closer to my job and I will really miss the staff here. Jackie and Desiree have done such a great job in taking care of our needs here. Desiree, the current manager has made our move out process so smoothly. Both, Desiree and Jackie has gone over and beyond their job duties to satisify their residents, whom they always refer to as their friends. Thank you so much for all you two have done to help us out.

yep and if you clean their carpet real good they'll give ya a piece of thier pie...yes i am a carpet cleaner and desire likes me iam her friend
