Marine View Apartments

Not bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/30/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002   I lived there three years (1999-2002). WIll move out soon because I bought a house. Not a bad place to live. My place is very dark, though -- I need to turn on the lights in the middle of the day. Also the plumbing can be noisy. Very helpful staff, although they've been changing supers a lot lately. The whole building has just been sold to another management company, not sure what effect that will have. The location is good -- near the Bay, fairly safe neighborhood, near shops and restaurants. Overall, I think it's a bit pricey for the value.
