someone on the third floor needs to clean their cat's litterbox. The smell is gag-inducing. Nasty people, poor kitty. Also, there is a mean, mean lady up here, she needs to take a flying leap off her balconey. SPLAT!!!!!

You are not supposed to smell kitty boxes out in the hallway, especially if they are kept clean. Just scoop the poop!
