You will make a mistake to believe only one side of the story. I am leaving after living in the third floor of this appartment complex for several years.
Yes, there is still a smeling apartment where pot is consume on daily basis and the manager does nothing about it. I guess now is for the cops to find out. As from management to take care of the problems I have little hope; she is inmature and behaves more like a disrutive tenant. If you are serious about living in a peaceful place where people are considerate and respectfull toward each other, look somewhere else. I am leaving this month, and I know of three other people also leaving soon. Only resently, this was a good place, not anymore. It will get worse... I'll garantee it unless corporate gets serious about its business of serving people.

The person who wrote this sounds like a mean, wicked -----. Desiree has been nothing but helpful, and the people who live here are friendly. We very much enjoy living here.

I have been living on the third floor for 15 years now and have never once smelled pot. It sounds like someone who didn't get there way is trying to retaliate by posting something so stupid. Wow, it's unreal how much time people have on their hands these days. I enjoy my home and not everyone is perfect. If your looking for a perfect world, good luck!!

I have lived on the third floor for 15 years also, and I have never smelled pot. Bring it on over to my place, hey, pot party!!!

I'm fairly new to the place - I live on the third floor - but I have already seen,the manager,Desiree, is very helpful and responds quickly to complaints, and I have never smelled any pot myself, after almost 2 months.

I also live on the Third floor of this complex. I've lived here for about a year now, never smelled pot, people are very friendly, and Desiree has taken care of any problem I've ever had in my apartment.
