I am writing a very sincere review and I highly DON'T recommend anybody to move here. It's very true that the manager is very lousy, careless and hard to deal with. She is never never available when you need her. Honestly speaking this apartment is not managed by the manager but by LORD Jesus!! You will find racoons at the swimming pool and at the trash area. The swimming pool is so dirty and is seldom cleaned. The carpets in the hallways are stained and stinky. In the night time, you will hear loud noises of someone running on the terrace. I DON'T recommend anyone moving here

Hahaha, I live on the 3rd floor and yes, we do hear noise on the roof. It's the racoons idiot, tell me how your expect to tell the racoon to stop. I've been here at Marine View for 3 1/2 years and have never had a problem. Obviously your not happy with yourself, let alone your life. Move somewhere else if you are having problems. PROUD TENANT!

If the property manager has problems with raccoons which could be a hazard to the tenants, they should first find out what is attracting them so much. If it is the garbage area, they should clean it up and purchase containers that can be secured so the raccoons cannot get in them.
