We have been living here for a year, and renewed the contract recently. My wife, my lab, and I love living here. Here are some pros and cons about this apartment.

Pros:
1. The manager, Desiree, is a very nice lady and very responsible.
2. The maintenance staff, Tony and David, are kind, hard-working, and also responsible.
3. Service request and response usually on the same day, and staff come and fix on the next day if it is not emergency.
4. Doggie friendly!!(Wooof!!)
5. Friendly neighbors, many of them are small family with puppy.(Wooof!!)
6. Walking distance to the beach
7. Staff try very hard to keep public area nice and clean.
Cons:
1. No doggie swimming pool day..(I doubt any apt has it...)
2. That's all for now.
