Desiree is incredibly nice but notorious for not returning calls or emails. Dealing with her in person is enjoyable, provided you can actually reach her.

The 1 bedroom is huge and the overall atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Any problems were fixed immediately and handiman is very helpful. Right next door to crab cove and downtown alameda / bus stops to SF.
