EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH IT

I lived there on three different occasions between the years of 2001 to 2003. However, the last time I was there, the management was the worst. They had completely removed every bit of personality the apartments ever had. That was my main reason for staying there from time to time because of the cozy furniture and I did feel at home. However, the punk rocker type "marketing rep" I think she calls herself has totally dismantaled the place to look like a regular old run of the mill hotel room.
The rent is still extremely high and the last time I tried to stay there the paint smell was so strong that I left after one week and will not return again.
There are a lot of mixed economic levels staying there. Some are section 8 and others are housed by the City. That is another reason why I felt it unfair that I should be paying 1500 or 1600 a month while others were living there practically rent free. I have nothing against getting aid for a place to stay but I think if that is the case then the rest of us should be paying lower rents as well.
