Love it, cozy, community, style, location From: californica@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I've been living in one of the studios for 3 months and couldn't be happier. The management is helpful, friendly, and responsive. The other tenants are also friendly and warm. I have a great time chatting in the courtyard after work. What sold me was the pet friendly policy and the month to month lease. The security deposit and pet deposite were the lowest too. Unfortunately the rent is high, though utilities cable, are included, I wont be able to stay for more than 6 mo's or so. Tip - you can rent furnished or unfurnished. Even if you rent unfurnished, the management is glad to provide you with pieces of furniture you might not have.
