I see that previous tenants (years ago) have not fared as well as I. The management is wonderful, they have brought beauty,charm and character back to the Neptune. This lovely lady is better than in the 20's when she was built. A part of history, it's lovely! The fountain is calming and the courtyard is lovely, peaceful and charming. The grounds are unbelievable, well-kept, beautiful flowers, vines....truly a sight at the end of a long day. They have updated carpets, new paint, lino, but left the charm & history in place; the Altars (from the spanish influence), the crown moulding, high ceilings. I have a tub AND separate shower, balcony, fireplace with wonderful detailing. The neighbors are wonderful. The management screens all applicants and chooses very wisely. Low Deposits, great maintenance team, always working, cleaning. The upkeep on this wonderful old place must be difficult. And they allow well-behaved quiet pets. Downside - old pipes/plumbing, radiators (loud), abit expensive (but worth it) This is my oasis, for me, this is home.
Neptune Court ROCKS!

I can hardly claim to have an insight on the current conditions, having lived here in '95 when a company I worked for maintained a company apartment (2 br) here. At the time it was great. But since this review isn't recent, I'll just give an enthusiastic 'thumbs up' to the '20s charm and OUTSTANDING location.
