Neptune Courts Apartments

Don't live here. From: grr99 Date posted: 10/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've complained about the clothes washers numerous times... still havent been fixed. They leave spots on your clothes. Maintenance staff spends more time repainting the fountain and painting in genaeral than any other work. Couldn't bother to move my stuff from in front of my door when they painted my entryway, got paint on my sandals. Walls are paper thin. It took 'em 6 months to fix a broken outlet in the laundry room that was a safety hazard, and fire hazard, that I mentioned to them on @ least 3 occaions. There is plenty of parking, but it's not gated, so your car is no safer than on the street, we have had out car broken into. Way overpriced... $1050 for a studio. I have no idea why I live here, with places a few blocks from here offer 1 bedrooms for less than I pay for a studio. Plus side: Cheap deposit, pet friendly, month to month lease.
