Park Central Apartments

Very nice, sorry to leave... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003 1 response   I loved this place. Rock solid construction (real plaster, not wall board). English garden style with a location I really liked; across from the just renovated Washington Park. Close to the beach & tennis courts. I rented a garage bigger than some NY apartments. A sharp manager on site. No problems getting stuff fixed. New stove and refer. Liked the area so much I bought a condo down the street... but just not the same quality as Park Central.
